Australian Aboriginal Art by Jedda Purvis

Jedda Purvis was born in 1969 near Boundry Bore Outstation.

Both her parents, Greeny Purvis Petyarre and Kathleen Kemarre are highly recognized artists. Jedda's subject's are Pencil Yam Dreaming and Bush Scene.

  • Utopia's Women's Paintings, the first works on canvas, A Summer Project, 1988-89 S.H. Ervin Gallery, Sydney
  • Utopia - A Picture Story, an exhibition of 88 works on silk from Holmes a Court Collection toured Eire and Scotland 1990
  • Through the Mbantua Gallery Nora's work has been exhibited extensively in the united States primarily in Tennessee and Oregon.
  • Between 2002 and 2004 her paintings were part of over ten American Exhibitions.
